HOW TO APPLY FOR OUR SCHOLARSHP PROGRAM:

We have resumed the monthly Aptitude Test and Interview Process. All notifications will be made by text and/or email. Call (405)672-7600 if you have questions about the Application or Selection Process (or click HERE for more info).
Applications are available online at the above link. You will be required to prove that you meet the minimum qualifications for apprenticeship by uploading a valid driver’s license and requesting an official transcript from your high school be emailed directly to us.
After your application has been approved, you will be invited to come to our facility to take an Aptitude Test covering Algebra I and Reading Comprehension. If you make the minimum required score on the test, you qualify for an oral interview with the Scholarship Committee. If you need a refresher in Algebra I, we recommend Khan Academy.

Qualifications for Apprenticeship SCHOLARSHIP:
At least 17 years of age to apply
At least 18 years of age to enter program
High school diploma or GED
Completion of at least one full year of high school level Algebra I with a passing grade
Valid state driver's license (not a state ID)

This is a PAID, on-the-job training program. You will receive 8,000 hours of verified training with a licensed Journeyman Electrician for a union signatory contractor and 950 hours of classroom time.
This is a SCHOLARSHIP program, so there is no tuition, however, you must be selected for the program and you must go through a selection process that includes an Aptitude test and an oral interview with the JATC Committee.
